The well-qualified chef who worked in numerous Michelin star restaurants all over the world combines first-rate ingredients and hospitality practices with personal indulgence creating a unique vision in fine-dining which place these restaurants among the premium cuisine establishment of the world.

Chef Cyrille Troesch gourmand devotion started early, since he grew up in Provence, Southern part of France, where gourmet kitchens are well-known. He was working for some of the most distinguished chefs in the world, Gerard Boyer (Les Crayeres, Relais Chateaux, 3*Michelin, Reims,Champagne), Michel Roux (The Waterside Inn, Relais Chateaux, 3* Michelin, Bray, Berkshire, U.K.) and for Raymond Blanc as Head Chef ( Le Petit Blanc, Cheltenham, UK.).
